The laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this website.
We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on this Website are appropriate for sale or use outside the UK. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Terms and Conditions of our website may change. Terms and Conditions should be read before making a purchase. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions stated, please do not continue to use this Website.
Delivery
- We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.
- However, during busy periods this may be extended to 5 working days.
- Should we for any reason be unable to complete your order within that time, we will contact you in order to make alternative arrangements.
- All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
- Orders up to £15.00 are shipped with Royal Mail Second Class Delivery.
- Orders above £15.00 are shipped with Royal Mail First Class Delivery.
- We will NOT be responsible/liable for failure to meet specific delivery times.
- In the event that your parcel does not arrive within the quoted delivery time, refunds are eligible 15 business days after day of dispatch. Only after 15 days is a parcel then declared 'lost' by Royal Mail, resulting in an eligible refund.
- If your goods are damaged in transit, please advise us within 48 hours upon receipt of goods, to enable us to make a claim on your behalf with the carrier.
- No claim for damage is accepted if you claim outside the allotted time of 48 hours.
- Please order from Cupcaketopper.co.uk with enough time to ensure that your order arrives in time, as we are not responsible for loss or failure to meet specific delivery times
- All orders are packaged as safely as possible to ensure that items are not damaged in transit.
Products & Orders
- All products are subject to manufacturers availability.
- In the case of an item(s) being unavailable, we will provide you with a full refund.
- Orders may be refused:
- When products are unavailable
- When authorisation of payment cannot be obtained
- If there has been a pricing or product description error
- All orders must be paid using PayPal, Nochex, or via Telephone before dispatch. No orders will be dispatched without confirmation of payment from the payment processor (PayPal, Nochex, Streamline)
Refund
- Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly return it to us within 14 days, unopened/undamaged and we will refund you in full.
- However, please be aware we can NOT refund edible items.
- Refunds are given only for the value of items and additional shipping purchased.
- Shipping cost for returning items are NOT covered in return and refund.

VAT
- VAT (20%) is added to goods where applicable, for orders made from the UK and European union.
- Products exempt from VAT are generally edibles.
- Orders made from outside the UK and European Union are Exempt from VAT.

- While we do our best to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable for any time for any time or for any period
- Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repairs, or for any reasons beyond our control.
